Move & Flow is a movement class which incorporates a variety of movement programs - Animal flow, Ginastica natural, mobility work , joint/ muscle activation; just to name a few! You will understand your body and be able to translate what you practice into other aspects of your fitness regiment.

Move & Flow is for all fitness levels and ages. Movement should be practiced by everyone. Apart from better fluidity and mobility, it’s also great fun!

We hope everyone enjoyed their first class. Remember to book your slots early and that all class bookings close 24hours before the scheduled class.
