If i could give The PIT a 10 star rating i would gladly do it.

Learnt about The PIT 5 years ago when i was part of the Singapore team representing Muay thai, we had our strength and conditioning done there, first impression of the owner Irving was that he was abit intimidating as he was a big man with lots of tattoos who expected no nonsense when it comes to training… however upon multiple sessions with him, he is one of the nicest and down to earth person one can ever know. Through The PIT, i was able to improve my muaythai game from having an overall improved core, lower body and upper body strength, from the progressive sets of strength work i did on the barbell and squat racks. I also felt i had improved endurance from the metabolic conditining drills given to me. Each session i was being pushed over the limit and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Over the years i have nothing but utmost respect and admiration towards Irving , as a mentor and most importantly as a friend who would be there to help me and give me advice whenever i needed it!! I sincerely urge all people whether you are serious athletes to serious junkies wanting to get fit with all the right technical aspects of strength and conditioning to check The PIT Singapore out. They welcome everybody and anybody into their family.
