Description | Met Con with PITMaster Ming Met Con" = "metabolic conditioning". The objective of the Met Con workout is to do as much work as possible in the shortest time. Though bodyweight training is essentially used in our workouts to promote 360 degrees of motion, a variety of tools are also used in our Met Con program at the PIT. These include suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbells and clubbells - Just to name a few. Our Met Con workouts are progressively planned but will however, leave you gasping and wondering why god didn't create more oxygen in the world. |
