STRENGTH CLASS

Newcomers will have 4 initial classes to master the fundamentals of the lifts involved in our class. This is so that our strength coach can ensure your safety and provide a safe training environment.

We have girls deadlifting more than twice their bodyweight off the ground with our program, and 7 year olds lifting their bodyweight. Why? Because our system works.

Homework will be given to serious attendees and is expected to be completed every week.

The reason is simple, getting stronger (And we mean really stronger) requires discipline. It doesn’t come easy. But with strength as your foundation, you can achieve anything and everything.

METCON CLASS

This one is for the cardio bunnies. Get your heart rate up with this class. Short for metabolic conditioning, it consists of specific exercises that combines both strength and cardiovascular exercises. Our coaches keep it fun and engaging while keeping it challenging.
