The Coaching Team

Experienced Personal Trainers in Singapore

A good personal trainer does more than count repetitions. At The PIT, our trainers take the time to understand how you move, what you want to achieve and what may be holding you back.

Every programme is designed around your training experience, movement ability, injury history and long-term goals. Your trainer will coach your technique, track your progress and adjust your programme as you become stronger.

Led by founder and head coach Irving Henson, our team has coached people of different ages and abilities since 2011. This includes complete beginners, people returning after injury and experienced athletes working towards new performance goals.

  • One-to-one coaching: A personal trainer guides your technique and progression during every session.

  • Progressive strength training: We track your performance and adjust your programme as you improve.

  • A private Orchard studio: Train by appointment without crowds or waiting for equipment.

  • Long-term support: Our focus is sustainable strength, health and confidence, not short-term fitness fads
