Training and classes

Scheduled group training is available at the PIT, whether you want to gain strength, endurance or move more efficiently, we have a class for you. Or if you just simply want to see just how far you can push yourself alongside other fitness warriors. There are no egos, just great company pushing each other to their limits. Everyone is welcome to a class and exercises will be tapered to fit each individual.a. Have a group of friends you like to train with? A private class can also be organised – whether it is a corporate event for the office, or a weekly effort to get fit together. Contact us to find out more.

Please book your slot at least one day in advance by calling the PIT at 6222 4860. Walk-ins will be turned away if the class is full.
