I’ve never been an athlete but was always active as a student, dabbling as a dancer and in recreational martial arts. An injury in the army led to an inactive lifestyle that, coupled with a busy corporate job, led to unhealthy weight gain.
When I had finally decided that enough was enough, I tried many other forms of fitness including Obstacle Course Racing, eventually starting the Lion City Spartans with a bunch of friends, and even being asked by Spartan Race Singapore to conduct Community Workouts and road shows.
When working with clients, the ABCs are simple.
