I met the awesome and charming Irving (yes, I said it) from the PIT who has been nothing but patient with me in getting me to focus on my goal.
Since I was diagnosed with MVP (Mitral Valve Prolapse, not Most Valuable Player) and Hyperthyroid early this year, I realised that I had to change the way I train. It sucked because it meant I had to take it slow and easy and start regaining my strength. Lucky for me, I met the awesome and charming Irving (yes, I said it) from the PIT who has been nothing but patient with me in getting me to focus on my goal. To get stronger. And no I do not have abs that cast their own shadows… yet. But now I could say, Thyroid Schmyroid! I couldn’t be happier with my progress.
