I have taken private lessons with Irving at the PIT to work on my strength and flexibility as part of my Muay Thai training . I wanted to be pushed and to improve my strength as I fight competitively. He delivered more than I expected. I have to admit I was sore after each session but I had this great feeling of improvement after each session and I was learning something about my body – how to move, my limits, flexibility, the list is endless. Thanks to him I managed to break my personal bests in the deadlift, I now lift weights that I never thought I could. He offers a variety of exercise so every time you shock your body and keep on progressing. On top of that he makes the training enjoyable as he has a great personality and always make me laugh.
