Once your form is solid, we begin the climb. We use a structured, data-backed schedule to steadily increase the weight. This phase builds your baseline strength and targets any muscle imbalances without the guesswork.

  • Absolutely not. This is the biggest misconception about our gym. You don’t train to get ready for the gym; you come to the gym to get ready for life. We work with everyone from complete beginners to professional athletes. Leave your ego at the door, and you’ll fit right in.

  • We recommend booking your slot via our contact page on our website or WhatsApp to ensure a trainer is available to assist you, especially for your first visit.

  • We will provide a breakdown of our training methodologies and programming at The Pit. Following this, we will conduct a movement assessment and conclude with a discussion on how we can work toward your fitness goals with an overview of your personally tailored programme.

  • No. We are an appointment-only facility. This means you never have to wait for equipment or deal with crowds

  • We prioritise coaching quality and privacy over volume. We focus on sustainable, long-term health rather than quick transformations or 'grind' culture.
