I found the PIT and I fell in love with the idea that “Anyone can be strong”

I have been injured twice badly after I took running as my favourite sport. I really thought that running was all about speed and putting as many miles as you could in a week. I was wrong. I started looking for ways to recover and strengthen my body. Then I found the PIT and I fell in love with the idea that “Anyone can be strong”. They have got a knack for looking at you and knowing what you need. I am fully recovered now, have gone back to running again and am ready to finish another half-marathon in under 2:15 hrs. I am very thankful to the PIT who have helped me strengthen and condition my body in record time.
