Since starting out at the PIT, I have lost more than 10 pounds and am stronger, fitter and faster. I would recommend training at the PIT if getting fitter is what you desire. Ving and his crew of PITMasters are the ones to go to.
I have always worked out on my own. For the past 7 years, I ran and I lifted weights, but had gotten nowhere. I heard about the PIT from my friends who train there. I met Ving and he struck me as a very knowledgeable trainer who could help me attain my goals. What’s more, I like the community and vibe at the PIT. The first session at the PIT made me realise how much time I had wasted trying to get fit on my own. Ving put me through the paces after working on my lifting technique, followed by a gruelling METCON which I have come to look forward to, over the short time spent training here.
