I have a trainer and friend who has my back and fellow peers who offer me support and encouragement every step of the way.

I first met Irving when we were both chubby 10 year olds trying to play football, failing miserably and ultimately losing contact as the years went by. Fast forward 25 years later and we reconnected over social media where Irving found out I had a chronic illness that hampered my level of physical activity. He reached out to help me get my body stronger and got me involved with his Strength Class at The PIT. I had a specific routine tailored for me and after 3 weeks I started to notice a change in my body – I started to feel healthier and doing things I never thought I could. It has now been 8 months since I started my journey to get stronger and I’ve never felt better. If there’s one thing I have learnt from training at The PIT, it’s that the nothing can hold me back except myself. I am my only excuse.
