The first time I walked into The PIT, I had not touched a weight in ten years. I was out of shape having grown weak from a decade of treadmills and curl machines. I was desperately looking for the right gym and trainer to allow me to get comfortable again with free weights and push me to become as strong as possible. I was very fortunate to find The PIT for its no-nonsense approach to strength training. Even the most well-equipped gym hinges on the quality of its trainers. From the first training session, Harold has maintained an environment that not only got me safely back into lifting but also pushed me to become a better athlete all-round.
