Harold’s insistence on using perfect form and a well-designed strength program has led to further strength increases and postural improvements.

I have been training at the PIT for 9 months now and, I have hit new Personal bests in the squat (152kg), deadlift (170kg), bench (90kg) and front press (70 kg). All this, while managing to keep myself injury free, which is important for a 46 year old “uncle”. Harold’s insistence on using perfect form and a well designed strength program has lead to further strength increases and postural improvements. These carry over to everyday life, sports and hobbies. My next goal is to squat 160kg and deadlift 185kg before my 47th birthday, and I am confident that will come with Harold’s guidance.
