I am a 41 year old business executive. In my mid twenties I was very interested in bodybuilding. I worked out hard and loved the gym. As I got older my body started to break down, and I n my early 30’s I developed injuries that prevented me from working out with weights. Since then I have focused on endurance sports (running/biking/swimming) but my muscle mass was mostly gone. Jordion forces me to go slow, to take proper rest, to lift correctly verses quickly, and with that my strength, muscle, and size have all grown very quickly pain free. I would highly recommend Jordion, as you step into the gym for the first time, get back in after years away, or need to add balance and or a new perspective to your current training.
