Growing up, I developed several unhealthy eating habits. I was intimidated by the gym and felt out of place, not knowing where to start.

As such, I procrastinated and found it a challenge to exercise, so I’ve made it my mission to help others avoid that struggle.

I understand that everyone needs to start somewhere, and I’m here to make sure that you have a great experience.
