Description To ensure everyone gets their workout in, this class is just for newcomers and trial sessions. Now being a newcomer doesn't make you a beginner. It just means it gives us time to check your form AND also to explain the processes to you. And if you do happen to be a beginner, it allows us to give you more attention.
